According to the National Weather Service and Massachusetts Emergency Management Agency (MEMA), a potentially strong storm is expected to arrive in our area late Thursday, and remain until early Saturday.

Update #7 10/30/21 10 a.m. — We are down to approx. 22% w/o power, however we have been advised by MEMA that utility outage maps are currently behind on updates so this figure may be higher than reality. NGrid has numerous crews in Easton working on full restoration, and had crews here overnight working on wire removals.

Update #6 10/29/21 4:20 p.m. — National Grid has been making progress on restoration at the neighborhood level and crews are continuing to work around the clock to clear roads, fix wires and restore power. As of this post, there are currently 2,948 National Grid customers in Easton (approximately 29% of Easton) who remain without power.
